We want you to pay only for files you actually receive.
Failed renders
If a render fails on our end, the credits it used are automatically returned to your account. You're never charged for a file you didn't receive.
Payments
- Subscription and one-time plan payments are final. We don't refund unused credits or part of a billing period (a month, or 3 months on Business), including when you upgrade.
- You can cancel anytime to stop future payments. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
- Credit packs are one-time payments. Pack credits never expire and are not refundable.
- If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, write to us and we will fix it.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
