Terms of service
Last updated October 2026
These terms explain the rules for using VectoRender. VectoRender is operated by Hamza, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
What the service does
VectoRender turns HTML and SVG files you upload into video, animated image and image files. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use VectoRender.
- You must give a working email address and keep your login details safe.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- One person or business per account. Don't share or resell access.
Your files
- You keep all rights to the files you upload and the files you render from them.
- You confirm you have the right to use everything in your files, including fonts, images, audio and text.
- Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or hateful, sexually explicit content, anything involving minors in a sexual way, malware, or anything that breaks someone else's rights.
- This includes audio: no sexual, hateful or harmful speech or sounds.
- Files you upload may contain code. Don't upload code meant to attack or misuse our systems.
- Files you upload are deleted once the render is done. We keep rendered files for 24 hours on Free, 3 days on Starter, 7 days on Pro and 15 days on Business, then delete them. Download what you need.
- Each rendered file can be downloaded up to 3 times while it is kept.
- To report content that breaks these rules, email support@vectorender.com.
Plans, credits and billing
- Our order process is handled by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: they take the payment, handle taxes and send your receipts.
- Paid plans are billed in USD through Lemon Squeezy. You can subscribe or pay once, at the same price.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel: Starter and Pro every month, Business every 3 months.
- A one-time plan lasts 1 month (3 months on Business) from the day you pay, then your account moves to Free. It never renews.
- The Free plan includes 20 credits a month. They reset to 20 every month; unused Free credits don't carry over.
- Credit packs are one-time payments. Pack credits never expire and are not refundable.
- Each render uses credits. The tool shows the cost before you render. Plan credits reset each billing period and don't carry over, except when you upgrade: then your unused plan credits move to the new plan.
- Each plan has a limit on how many files or versions you can render at once: one on Free, 20 on Starter, 30 on Pro and 60 on Business.
- Upgrades start right away. You pay the full price of the new plan, and a new billing period starts that day. If you upgrade from a subscription, your old subscription is cancelled so you aren't charged for it again.
- You can move to a smaller plan once your current plan ends. To do that on a subscription, cancel it first; it stays active until the end of the billing period.
- You can cancel a subscription anytime from Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then moves to Free. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.
- If a renewal payment fails, we try again for a few days. You can update your card in Manage billing. If it still fails, your account moves to Free.
- Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
Using your renders
- Free plan: renders carry a watermark and are for personal and preview use.
- Starter, Pro and Business: you may use your renders in personal and commercial projects.
Templates
Templates are made by VectoRender and remain our property. On the Free plan you may use renders made from templates for personal and preview use. On paid plans you may also use them in your own commercial projects. On any plan, you may not upload template-based files to stock sites or marketplaces, or resell or share the templates themselves, even if you change the text, colours or fonts.
Fair use
To keep the service fast for everyone, we may limit file size, render length, the number of renders in the queue or the number of files in a batch. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
No guarantee
We work to keep VectoRender running and accurate, but the service is provided as it is. Renders may differ slightly from what you see in a browser, and some content (for example files loaded from other websites) may not render. Check your files before you publish them.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will show a notice on the site before they take effect.
